The Industrialisation Model has been deployed along 2 key areas: implementation by productive areas and geographical extension to integrate national and international subsidiaries.
The New Project Management is based on 3 main principles: cross-cutting, responsibility for results and team empowerment.
The keys to the success of the transformation process have been clear leadership from CAF Management, encouraging communication and participation, establishing clear and demanding goals and the subsequent roll-out of this model in all of CAF’s external projects and plants.
