In its effort to improve service to its customers, it is working on improving its product portfolio, reducing delivery times, as well as improving its competitive position in the market.
After an initial diagnostic phase, Guardian Llodio launched a 5-year program to promote the transformation of the plant structured in 3 phases:
1. Improving the operational cadence through projects such as 5S, creating problem-solving routines and improving maintenance activities
2. Launching projects aimed at improving the efficiency of production processes
3. Implementation of projects to improve team skills
